• Completed Grant Writing Skills & Tips Workshop by Dr. Beverly Browning
• Wrote a winning $5,000 grant proposal to expand a noncommunicable disease health program to address health disparities in rural Arkansas
• Prepared monthly and quarterly grant reports to highlight Mercy Corps Bahamas' M.E.N.D. project strengths, challenges, opportunities, and threats

Technical
• Drafted and proposed comprehensive tobacco-free campus policies for two Arkansas-based Historically Black Colleges and Universities
• Co-designed COVID-19 protocols to mitigate community spread at 50+ community, health facility, and school water distribution points
• Co-wrote Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Standard Operating Procedures (with COVID-19 protocols) to formalize safe water production and distribution processes to support the Grand Bahama Utility Company
• Co-wrote the Disaster Management Policy and Disaster Response Plan, integrating epidemic considerations
• Co-wrote The Bahamas' draft 2022-2027 National Antimicrobial Resistance Action Plan
